Below you will find the registration for our fall 2018 schedule. Please indicate which sessions your teen will attend. If you register for a session and something comes up, please notify us within a minimum of 24 hours before the session. Based on your registration on this form, we will send you a list of which sessions your teen is enrolled in. Payment is due in advance or at the time of session.
