How do I begin?

Please complete our Inquiry Form or Contact Us Form. Either Martine or Adrienne, the founders of Teenz In The City, will personally get back to you to schedule a complimentary phone call to learn more about your child and answer any questions that you may have. Next, we will schedule an intake appointment to get to know you and your child to determine if Teenz in The City would be a good fit. During this initial appointment, we will complete a parent and member independence inventory to get to know your teen better, develop goals, and determine if they would benefit from our program based on their individual goals, strengths, and weaknesses.

 

What are your program fees?

Fees vary based on the type of service (individual or group sessions)  We will always discuss fees prior to each outing, so that you are clear on the financial investment you are making.  Feel free to inquire if you have questions about our services or packages.

Payment / Insurance

Payment is due in full at the time of the session in the form of cash or check. Teenz in The City is out-of-network with insurance. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a monthly invoice which you can submit to your insurance company. Many of our families have been successful with getting reimbursed from their insurance company.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things may come up from time to time that causes a client to cancel a session.  For this reason, each member is given one emergency cancellation session. We requeset that sessions must be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session or the family will be billed the full session fee.





How many students attend each group?

​Group sizes are small, we only will accept 8 members per group, on a first-come, firsrt-serve basis.





 

What days does Teenz In The City meet?

​Teenz in the City offers groups on Sunday mornings from 10:30-1:30pm or 11:30-2:30pm, weekdays after school and two Friday nights a month.
