Grand Central Scavenger Hunt

Our middle school girls had a terrific time at the Grand Central Scavenger Hunt this past weekend. We started the morning on the Upper East Side and after reading the first clue, realized we would be heading downtown to Grand Central Station to complete the listed items. The girls decided to take the 6 train downtown and spent time catching up about their week on the train. Upon arrival to Grand Central, the girls moved through the task list by working together as a team and discussing each item before completing it. The girls exhibited flexibility, good listening skills and patience with one another, which was very nice to see! We ended the scavenger hunt at Shake Shack, where we continued to discuss how school has been since the winter break and how we would spend the extra day off of the three day weekend. We look forward to our outing to Gyu-Kaku next weekend.
