Lunch at Historic Katz's Deli

This weekend our teens ventured to the Lower East Side to dine at the famous Katz Delicatessen! We discussed our travel route and decided on the 6 train down town to Bleeker Street. From there we used google walking directions to walk to the restaurant. Our members enjoyed some delicious hot dogs while discussing how school has been going and talked about some current events. We also discussed the history of Katz's, and we were impressed to find out that it opened in 1888. It was a wonderful time, and we look forward to our outing next week!
